Leave the capital and immediately hit the dirt, following small dirt roads that become ox-cart tracks and then turn to small trails. Kompong Speu province is particularly wet and fertile and ringed by mountain ranges so river crossing are frequent and the bush is thick and abundant with a few hill climbs thrown in. Stay in a rural village the first night, camp in the bush the second but finish the tour with sunset beers down the coast and a morning on the beach to unwind before flying out. Also one of the last legs of the trip is done by boat, just to throw in some river action.
Some of the best off-road riding to be had anywhere in the world.
